Oyster mushrooms are one of the easiest to cultivate for home growers. Like all oyster mushrooms, the blue grows in large clusters and takes on the typical shelf like shape of the Pleurotus species. The size and shape can vary depending on growing conditions. Blue oyster mushrooms are usually aggressive growers.
